From December 2nd to 5th, the PARASOL consortium came together in Zlín, Czech Republic, where our Doctoral Researchers presented their latest work, shared updates on applying the Safe-and-Sustainable-by-Design framework to their individual projects and the broader PARASOL initiative, participated in immersive training sessions, and attended expert-led lectures. The event also included engaging social activities that fostered collaboration and strengthened connections within the consortium.

PARASOL NWE 1: March 25 – March 28, 2024

From March 25th to 28th, the PARASOL consortium gathered in Bruges, Belgium. Our Doctoral Researchers presented their latest work, brainstormed the application of the Safe-and-Sustainable-by-Design framework in their individual projects as well as within PARASOL as a whole, participated in immersive training sessions, and attended expert-led lectures.

Of course, there were also social activities to promote connections and collaboration within the consortium. It was a busy, educational, and inspirational week!

PARASOL Kick-off meeting: October 9 – October 10, 2023

On 9th and 10th of October, the first live meeting in the PARASOL project will take place in Eindhoven, the Netherlands!

We have an exciting program, with an introduction to PARASOL, an introduction from all our Doctoral Researchers and an introduction of some of our associated industrial partners. There is also a tour of the Innovation Space at the TU/e, a workshop for the DRs on ‘How to use your smartphone to make professional video’s’ and of course time for networking during drinks and dinner!
